You are permitted to try all of the items on at home. However, apart from trying them on, all the items must be unused and unworn, wrapped in their original packaging, and the price tags must still be attached. When will I have my money back?
We always do our best to refund the purchase price as soon as possible. Once we've received your return package, it can take up to 10 working days for us to refund you. However, it usually takes much less time than that! The amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the one you initially used. If you have not yet received your refund after 10 days have passed, please contact our customer service department.
